Current V5 offers and existing purchases
New V5 purchases use the scope and price confirmed at checkout. Existing valid quotes, purchases and subscriptions retain their agreed terms. The product-specific V5 rules in this section apply to new V5 offers; the retained general provisions below do not replace those purchase terms or mandatory consumer rights.
New research subscriptions are billed monthly. Starter costs $9 a month and includes 2,500 research credits each month, Plus costs $19 a month with 10,000 credits each month, and Pro costs $29 a month with 25,000 credits each month. A credit pack costs $9 for 1,000 research credits and 20 fresh-account runs and does not require a subscription; reports it funds include 12 calendar months of private access from delivery. Unused pack credits and runs do not expire. These prices are in US dollars. Fixed prices in other billing currencies, and each plan’s storage and limits, are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
Subscriptions bought earlier, including annual subscriptions, keep the price, billing currency, credit allowance and renewal terms they were bought under. Annual payments continue to release credits in monthly allowances rather than all at once.
New one-time report purchases are no longer offered. A report order bought earlier keeps the price, currency, access period and partial-delivery terms recorded with it. Report orders placed under the current partial-delivery terms record this wording:
Available public posts up to your cap. Reaching the end of the account is a complete delivery and keeps its price. If the collection is cut short, you are charged for the largest size at or below the number of posts delivered and the difference is refunded; below the smallest size we sell, or with no deliverable report, that account is refunded in full and the report stays yours.
Reaching the end of an account’s public history is a complete delivery that keeps its price, even when the account has fewer posts than the size bought. Money is returned only when a collection stops early or no report can be delivered. When a collection stops early, the refund is the amount by which the price paid for that account exceeds the current price, in the order’s currency, of the largest size at or below the number of posts delivered; it is never more than the price paid. If the current catalog has no price for that size in the order’s currency, the account keeps its price. Below the smallest size, or with no deliverable report, the account is refunded in full. The amount is calculated once, stored with the order, and shown as refunded after the payment processor confirms it. Report orders placed before these terms keep their original terms: a usable partial report keeps its fixed price, and an account with no usable report is refunded in full.
One research credit pays for one unique post delivered for one account in a usable report. The requested limit is reserved before collection; undelivered credits are returned. No usable report means the full reservation is returned. Unused monthly credits do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access and monthly credit releases continue through the verified paid period. Subscription content then has a 30-day read and export window before it becomes eligible for scheduled deletion. Separately purchased reports retain their independent access period. Original media downloads, AI generation, automated monitoring and team seats are not included in this launch offer.

The approved original-credit migration applied only to the reviewed accounts transferred on September 13, 2026: their unused purchased or compensation credits were transferred 1:1 into non-expiring V5 research credits, with access to spend them in Analyze an account. Every other account stays on the original credit ledger, and none of its credits are converted. Existing subscription prices, cancellation schedules and paid periods are preserved. Unpaid renewals grant no new credits. Monthly subscription allowances retain their monthly expiry. Transferred access and report read and export access granted under it have no scheduled expiry, according to their recorded terms.
By using Instaseer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Instaseer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta.
1. What Instaseer Does#Link
Instaseer is a public social research tool. It helps users search, organize, compare, and export information from visible public social profiles, posts, and reels.
Instaseer works with visible public posts. It does not access private accounts, private metrics, reach, saves, demographics, ad spend, conversions, or official platform analytics. Reports show what was loaded and keep source links attached so users can verify the evidence.
The Service may include public profile search, sample reports, post and reel list generation, posting timelines, engagement summaries, compare workflows, CSV export, saved views or filters, account plans, and usage limits.
2. Eligibility#Link
You must be at least 13 years old to use Instaseer. If you use Instaseer for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts#Link
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use#Link
You may use Instaseer only for lawful, legitimate research and business purposes.
- Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, dox, exploit, or target individuals.
- Do not use the Service to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, platform, or other legal rights.
- Do not use the Service to build unlawful surveillance, profiling, or discrimination systems.
- Do not attempt to access non-public Instagram data or bypass access controls.
- Do not submit Instagram login credentials to Instaseer.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, plan limits, security checks, or billing controls.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide bulk access to the Service without written permission.
- Do not use automated systems to abuse free preview limits or avoid paid usage.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the Service creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or abuse risk.
5. Public Data and Third-Party Providers#Link
Instaseer works with public web data and third-party providers. Public content can change, disappear, be incomplete, be unavailable, or be returned differently over time.
Instaseer does not guarantee complete account history, availability of any profile or field, accuracy of third-party data, continuous data collection availability, or that every search will return results. Failed collection attempts do not consume paid credits.
Reports are best-effort outputs based on available public data, collection availability, plan limits, and cache state.
6. Plans, Limits, Credits, and Cache#Link
Plans can include limits such as searches per day, data collection credits per month, maximum posts or reels per search, CSV export availability, saved views, and compare features.
Data collection credits measure fresh results delivered: one returned result uses one credit. A search temporarily reserves the requested amount; unused credits are released automatically if fewer results return. Cached reports and sample reports use no credits.
Current catalog changes apply to new offers; existing valid quotes, purchases and subscriptions retain their agreed terms. If we make material changes to paid plan features, we will try to provide reasonable notice.
7. Billing and Subscriptions#Link
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing through the in-app billing portal or the Stripe customer portal. Instaseer does not store full credit card numbers.
8. Cancellation#Link
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals. You may retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting your account or stopping use of the Service does not automatically cancel a subscription unless the billing subscription is also cancelled.
9. Refunds#Link
Refunds are governed by the Instaseer Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
10. User Content and Exports#Link
You are responsible for how you use reports, exports, saved views, and any data generated through Instaseer. You agree not to present Instaseer outputs as guaranteed complete, official platform records, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta. Review source links before using recommendations in a client or executive report.
11. Intellectual Property#Link
Instaseer, including its software, interface, branding, design, workflows, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Instaseer to you.
12. Feedback#Link
If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
13. Service Changes and Availability#Link
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits to protect reliability, control collection costs, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
14. Disclaimers#Link
The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. You are responsible for determining whether Instaseer is suitable for your use case.
15. Limitation of Liability#Link
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Instaseer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or provider failure.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Instaseer in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay us.
16. Indemnity#Link
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Instaseer from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your exports or reports, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Termination#Link
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or if we need to comply with law.
18. Governing Law#Link
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.
19. Changes to These Terms#Link
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date will show when they were last changed. Continued use of Instaseer after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
