Understand your credits, billing and access before you choose.
What does one research credit include?
One credit pays for one unique post delivered for one account in a usable report. A reel counts as one post. A carousel also counts as one, regardless of its slide count. Your report includes the available post history, performance metrics and collaborator evidence.
Can I choose fewer than 250 posts?
Yes. Enter any whole-number depth from 1 to 1,000 posts per account, within your available credit balance. The shortcuts are suggestions. Available public history can vary, so a depth is a limit rather than a guarantee of a date range or complete account history.
How does annual billing work?
Pay once for 12 months at the price of 10 monthly payments: $190 for Plus or $490 for Pro. You still receive 2,000 or 6,000 credits each month. Credits are released monthly on your subscription anniversary, not all at once, and unused credits do not roll over.
What if a report returns fewer posts?
For subscription research, only unique posts delivered in a usable report use credits. If you request 250 and receive 183, 67 credits return to that month’s allowance. An unusable report returns all reserved credits. One-time reports keep their fixed price for a usable partial result; no usable report means a full item refund.
Do I pay again to use a saved report?
Reopen, search, filter, compare or export your saved reports without spending more research credits. A fresh collection requires your confirmation and uses credits again, including posts that appeared in an earlier report.
Can I research accounts outside my projects?
Yes. Research any available public account within your balance. Project slots help you organize saved accounts; they do not limit which accounts you can research or automatically monitor those accounts.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access and monthly credit releases through the end of your paid month or year. Subscription reports then have a 30-day read and export window. Separately purchased reports keep their own 12-month access from delivery.
Are AI, automatic monitoring and team seats included?
These plans cover account research and private report storage. New generative AI, video analysis, automatic monitoring, original media downloads and additional team seats are not included.
