Use the email address associated with your Instaseer account. Include the affected report or order reference, what you expected and what happened. For a billing question, include the charge date and receipt reference.
Do not send your password, password-reset code, full card number or Instagram login details.
Billing and privacy
Review our refund policy, privacy policy and terms of service. To cancel a renewal, use your account’s billing portal or contact support. Existing purchases retain their agreed terms.
