Pick by the job, not the row cap. Creator at $9/month is the one-off answer: research a competitor when a question comes up, up to 250 posts per report, CSV export, one saved set of up to 5 accounts. Plus at $29/month is for tracking a competitor set — three saved sets of up to 8 accounts that refresh themselves every month, email you a summary of each refresh run, and carry your brand on shared reports. Pro at $99/month is the agency seat: ten sets of up to 20 accounts, weekly or monthly refresh, white-label reports and scheduled delivery. If the work is occasional rather than recurring, buy a one-time credit pack from $10 instead of a subscription.
One returned result uses one credit. Free includes 25 credits, Creator 1,500, Plus 5,000, and Pro 18,000 per month. Searches reserve the requested amount while they run; if fewer results return, the unused credits are released automatically. If a project temporarily exceeds your plan — or you never wanted a subscription in the first place — buy a non-expiring pack instead: $10 for 1,600 credits, $29 for 5,000, $99 for 20,000, or $499 for 100,000.
You lose nothing. Failed provider searches consume no credits, and partial searches charge only for the results returned. If a public profile cannot be loaded, retry later, run a smaller report, or open a sample report in the meantime.
Creator, Plus, and Pro add CSV export, deeper post limits, more monthly research credits, and saved research sets. Creator at $9/month is the usual first step and covers most solo research; it refreshes on demand rather than on a schedule. Move up to Plus when you want a set of competitors to refresh itself every month and carry your brand on shared reports, and to Pro for weekly refresh and scheduled delivery.
No. You never log into or connect an Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta account, and you never share credentials. Reports are built only from visible public posts, so there is zero risk to your own accounts.
Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal with no cancellation fee. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never auto-renew. InstaSeer never sees or stores your card details.
If you upgraded by accident or forgot to cancel, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review it under the refund policy. Verified duplicate charges are always refunded or corrected.
