# Instaseer research plans

Approved launch offer. Availability is shown on the pricing page. A preview uses an example balance and does not start collection or spend credits. When research subscriptions are enabled, paid subscribers can review a server-priced credit scope and confirm collection using their own balance.

Both packages include account research, post history, available coauthor and mention evidence, calculated performance views, comparison of owned reports and standard CSV export. A mention does not establish a collaboration or paid partnership. Saved accounts organize projects; they do not restrict which public accounts you can research.

## Research credits

- One credit pays for one unique post delivered for one account in a usable report. A reel or carousel counts as one post.
- Choose any whole-number post limit within your available balance. The current per-account limit is 1,000 posts. Greater depths will require supported collection capacity before becoming available.
- Your selected maximum is reserved before collection. Only delivered unique posts are charged. A request for 250 posts that delivers 183 costs 183 credits and returns 67. No usable report means all reserved credits are returned.
- Two researched accounts are charged independently. A shared post delivered in both reports counts once per account.
- Reopening, searching, filtering, sorting, comparing and exporting saved reports uses no research credits. A separately confirmed fresh collection is charged again, including posts present in an earlier report.
- Credits refresh monthly within your verified paid subscription period. Annual payment funds 12 monthly allowances, released on your subscription anniversary each month, rather than all at once. Short months use their last day when needed; the original anniversary resumes in longer months. Unused credits do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges.
- AI generation, video analysis, original media downloads, automated monitoring and team seats are not included in this launch package.
- A depth is a maximum number of available posts, not a guarantee of complete history or a date range.

## Billing and access

Choose monthly billing ($19 Plus or $49 Pro) or annual billing ($190 Plus or $490 Pro, charged upfront for 12 months). Annual billing saves $38 or $98 versus 12 monthly payments: 16.7% rounded. Displayed monthly equivalents of $15.83 and $40.83 are rounded; the full annual total is billed. Cancel renewal anytime; access and monthly credit releases continue through the end of your paid month or year. Subscription content then has a 30-day read and export window under the storage policy. New research and saves stop when paid access ends. Separately purchased reports retain their independent access period.

Self-service plan changes and switches between billing intervals are not available yet. Review the selected plan, billing interval and full charge before starting a subscription.

A planned storage add-on provides 100 GB for $5/month per pack when add-on purchases open. It adds no research credits.

## One-time reports

Pay $9 per account for up to 500 posts, or $15 per account for up to 1,000 posts. Each report includes 12 calendar months of private access from delivery, independently of a subscription, plus optimized thumbnails and standard CSV export. Original media is excluded.

A usable partial report keeps its fixed price. An account with no usable report receives a full item refund. Existing valid quotes, purchases and contracts retain their agreed prices and access terms.

## Existing-customer reward

Eligible existing customers may be offered an explicit opt-in to V5 Plus or Pro at their existing subscription price while that same subscription continues. The V5 monthly allowance replaces the original allowance; credits already used that calendar month count toward the first V5 allowance. V5 project and collection limits apply after acceptance. Original purchased and compensation credits and saved reports retain their existing terms in the original workspace. A failed payment preserves eligibility during recovery, but a new allowance requires a verified paid period. Scheduled cancellations remain in place; the reward ends when that subscription ends. Any account-specific offer must be reviewed and made available before it can be accepted.

## Billing currency

Where offered, choose a billing currency before reviewing your purchase. Pricing, checkout and billing records identify that currency. Changing your display language does not change your billing currency or an existing purchase. Annual plans show the full yearly charge; research credits still release monthly. Prices use fixed, rounded local amounts rather than daily exchange-rate conversion. Your accepted subscription price and currency continue with that subscription; changing currency is not currently a self-service subscription change. Existing subscriptions and early-customer terms are preserved.

Refunds for an undelivered account use the amount and currency stored for that account purchase. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or cross-border charges. The planned storage add-on remains priced separately in USD and is not available for purchase.

## Transferred customer credits

Unused original purchased and compensation credits transfer 1:1 into V5 research credits with no expiry. They include access to spend them through Analyze an account without another purchase. Ordinary monthly subscription credits are spent first and keep their existing monthly expiry. Transferred access does not create a new subscription or recurring credit allowance. Existing subscription prices, paid periods and scheduled cancellations are retained. An overdue renewal grants no new monthly credits until payment is verified; transferred purchased and compensation credits remain available.

## AI connections

When AI connections are available, reading or comparing your permitted saved V5 reports uses no research credits and requires no separate MCP subscription. You choose the report access and permissions for each connection and may disconnect it in Instaseer. Access still follows each report’s existing terms.

An AI client can prepare a request for fresh research. The account owner must review its accounts, depth, current quote, funding source and permission to share the resulting reports in Instaseer before collection or checkout begins. Research uses the same credit settlement or fixed report price and access terms described above. Preparing a request does not charge credits or start collection. Original credentials and purchased terms are preserved; a V5 connection requires new consent and does not automatically transfer or spend original credits.
